藍水輕旅（以下簡稱「本公司」）依《個人資料保護法》告知您下列事項。當您使用本公司訂房或入住等服務時，即表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意本政策。
一、適用範圍
本政策適用於您透過本公司官網、電話、通訊軟體或現場訂房，以及入住時由本公司直接蒐集之個人資料（以下簡稱「個資」）。如您透過訂房平台（OTA，如 Agoda、Booking.com）間接提供，亦適用該平台對應之規範。
二、個資蒐集
目的：依《旅館業管理規則》辦理旅客入住時的身分驗證、履行訂房契約、提供客戶服務、營運分析及行銷優惠（您可隨時拒絕）。
類別：入住或代訂者的姓名、國籍、身分證（護照或居留證）號碼、聯絡方式（電話、Email）、入住退房日期、付款資訊等必要資料。
三、個資利用
期間：於營運期間及依中華民國法令應保存之年限（期限最長者為主）。
地區：中華民國境內。
對象：本公司及法定主管與司法機關。
方式：依個資法規範，以自動化或非自動化方式處理及利用。
四、您的權利
依《個資法》第三條，您得行使下列權利：
(1) 查詢或請求閱覽；(2) 請求製給複製本；(3) 請求補充或更正；(4) 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用；(5) 請求刪除。
本公司於受理請求時，將請您提供身分證明以完成核對。並依個人資料保護法第14條規定，得酌收行政作業費用。
五、不提供個資之影響
您可選擇是否提供個資，但若欠缺必要資訊，本公司可能無法完成訂房或提供完整服務。
六、資料安全
本公司採取合理之技術與管理措施，以保障您的個資安全，防止未經授權之存取、修改或洩漏。
七、政策修訂

Bluewater Hotel (hereinafter “the Company”) informs you of the following pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). By using the Company’s booking or accommodation services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Scope
This policy applies to personal data (“Personal Data”) collected directly by the Company via its official website, telephone, messaging apps, or on-site booking and check-in. Data provided indirectly through third-party booking platforms (OTA, e.g., Agoda, Booking.com) are subject to the respective platform’s policies.
2. Collection of Personal Data
Purpose: To verify guest identity under the Hotel Management Regulations, perform booking contracts, provide customer service, conduct operational analysis, and offer promotional benefits (you may opt out at any time).
Categories: Necessary data including guest or booking contact’s name, nationality, ID (passport or residence permit) number, contact information (phone, email), check-in/out dates, and payment details.
3. Use of Personal Data
Retention Period: For the duration of operations and in accordance with applicable Taiwanese laws (the longer statutory period prevails).
Location: Within the territory of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Recipients: The Company, competent authorities, and judicial institutions.
Method: Processing may be automated or manual, in compliance with PDPA.
4. Your Rights
Under Article 3 of the PDPA, you may:
1.Inquire or request access; 2. Request a copy; 3. Request supplementation or correction; 4. Request cessation of collection, processing, or use; 5. Request deletion.
The Company may require proof of identity to process any request and may charge an administrative fee in accordance with Article 14 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
5. Consequences of Non-Disclosure
Providing Personal Data is voluntary; however, failure to provide necessary information may prevent the Company from completing your booking or providing full services.
